Fitness, what is this such word???
Anyways… like a hobby or even a car, these are things that should be maintained and kept up with. Say if you didn’t change your oil, or fill your tires, your car probably wont run. Think of your body the same way, if you don’t regulary move it or feed it its not going to function well. Have you ever found yourself struggling to bend to a lower cabinet and having back pain, or maybe even trying to simply lift a gallon of milk? I’m no doc, but hopefully some KimbroStrength will help!
In this category I will have training tips, tools, a few workout plans, and other strategies from sports to stretching, ranging with martial arts, basketball, and skating to yoga.
