Here today I have a real tasty and healthy treat. Still working on perfection of the recipe, but solid enough to work with. Nice to have as a great addition to a small meal, by itself, or after a good workout. Check it out below..
I use a Ninja Blender, a excellent tool to work with.
-Start off with 12-14oz of milk
-add a cup of frozen mixed berries
-1-2oz of vanilla protein powder
-4-5 almonds, or a tablespoon amount of peanut butter for taste
Blend to a smooth consistency, 15-30 seconds should do the trick.
Stir, pour into a class, add a straw if you’d like, and most of all..
